We partner with XPost for nationwide shipping. Shipping fees are subject to adjustment depending on XPost’s rates, the quantity of your order, and applicable insurance charges.

Refund and cancellation

We hope you never feel the need to say no to your new Habit changes but if you ever need to cancel an order, you can get a FULL refund if you cancel your order within 6 hours of receiving our payment receipt notification. To cancel:

  1. Please reply to the payment receipt notification email
  2. Change the email subject to “CANCEL Order # xxxx”
  3. And send it to start@habit.ph.

If you’re not able to do this within 6 hours, consider your item shipped and not for refund.

Return and exchange

Once you receive your order and it arrives damaged, tampered, or not as per prescribed on our product list, you may opt to return it and we’ll send you replacements of equal value. Shipping for replacements are FREE because why should you ever pay for our mistakes? To process a return:

  1. Please reply to the payment receipt notification email
  2. Change the email subject to “RETURN Order # xxxx”
  3. Include a photo of your package
  4. And send it to start@habit.ph.

Check the Status of Your Order

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
