Frequently Asked Questions

How to order?

    1. Go to the Shop page.
    2. Add your desired items to your cart.
    3. Checkout your cart and choose your payment method.

What products are available and how much are they?
You can view all our available products with their prices at our Shop page.

Do you accept bulk and customized orders?
Yes! Just email us at start@habit.ph and let’s talk about how we can make a new habit.

What are my payment options?
We currently accept BPI/BDO Online Transfer (transfer to anyone) and Over-the-Counter transactions, PayPal, and Cash-on-Delivery.

How long does it take for my order/s to be processed?
We try to process your order/s as soon as possible but we do ask for 24 hours to process them. Deposit slips emailed before 7PM (Philippine time) will be handed to the courier the next day. Deposit slips emailed after cut-off will be processed for the next cut-off.

How do you deliver?
Our official courier for now is XPost. It usually takes 4–5 days for orders nationwide. Please note that any delays on the courier’s end are beyond our control.

You got my order wrong, what can I do?
Just email us your order number and the details of your order at start@habit.ph and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Are you using food-grade material?
Our straws and cups are food-grade. The straws are made of stainless steel 304, the same material that is used in your household spoons and forks.

Are your collapsible cups spill proof?
The collapsible cups are leak proof but not spill proof. This means that as long as the cup is closed and kept at an upright position, no fluids should leak from the cup. However, it is possible for your beverage to spill if the cup tips over or is left to jiggle inside a bag or container.
